Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our Con Exclusive product drops: how to order, when they ship, where they’re available, and what to expect.
Kidrobot releases limited quantities of 2025 Con Exclusives on Kidrobot.com for pre-sale at 10 am MT / 12 pm ET on September 24th, 25th, and 26th.
These Con Exclusives are estimated to ship directly to your home AFTER the completion of New York Comic Con (October 9-12, 2025).
We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items, as your order will not ship until ALL items in the order arrive at the warehouse.
The Con Exclusives are revealed on Kidrobot social and email leading up to the pre-sale. Follow us on Instagram and sign up for email to be the first to know about drops, exclusives, sales and more!
Yes, the limit is 2 per household.
Any duplicate orders or orders due to bot use will be cancelled. We have anti-fraud measures in place to detect fraudulent orders.
No. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. Exclusives fall under the same policies as all Kidrobot.com purchases. All sales are final.
No, these Con Exclusives will ONLY be available on kidrobot.com during the online pre-order event and in-booth (Booth #3007) at New York Comic Con 2025.
Con Exclusives are estimated to start shipping after New York Comic Con (Q4 2025).

Kidrobot.com ships both domestically and internationally, with countries listed at checkout.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
For International orders, duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not charged at the time of purchase. You may be charged additional duties and import taxes when you receive your shipment.

Yes. LIMITED QUANTITIES of our 2025 Convention Exclusives will be available at the Kidrobot booth #3007. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
