After you place your order on Kidrobot.com, you should immediately receive an order confirmation email. On the order confirmation email, you can review your shipping address, billing address, the items on your order, the total charged, and our complete terms and conditions. 3 to 4 business days after your order is placed, you will receive an additional email with your tracking information. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order please reach out to help@kidrobot.com.

No.  We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Kidrobot.com Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on Kidrobot.com.

No.  All sales on Kidrobot.com are final.  The only exception is for sized apparel items where we offer a limited exchange policy.  For more information on returns, read the Kidrobot.com Return and Exchange Policy.

International orders placed BEFORE 1/19/2024

International orders placed before January 19, 2024, are managed by the 3rd party company, Global Shopex which will provide all customer service needs for these orders. If you have any questions regarding the status of your package or shipping cost, please email Global Shopex directly at customerservice@globalshopex.com.

International orders placed AFTER 1/19/2024

Any international orders placed AFTER 1/19/2024 are managed by Kidrobot. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to our Customer Service at help@kidrobot.com.
