A couple of months ago we switched over to a new system to enhance our shipping processes and overall customer experience on Kidrobot.com. However, this transition didn’t go as smoothly as we planned. Some of you may have received incorrect items, experienced delays, or found it difficult to reach our customer service team. For that, we are truly sorry.

 If your order was affected, please let us know via email at help@kidrobot.com and we will make sure the correct items get shipped out. Please include order number, items you are missing and photo of what you received. During this time, you may experience a longer than normal delay in response.

Kidrobot will not apply discounts once your order has been placed. Kidrobot is not able to modify, cancel, reroute any orders so double check all information before placing your order.
