• ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT KIDROBOT.COM.  ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
• PRE-ORDERS ARE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE IN DEVELOPMENT AND SUBJECT TO SHIFTING IN-STOCK DATES. TO SEE THE MOST UP-TO-DATE ESTIMATE ON PRODUCT ARRIVAL, VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE.
• KIDROBOT WILL NOT MODIFY, REROUTE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED.
• KIDROBOT MAY CANCEL/REFUND ORDERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO STOCK LIMITATIONS, QUALITY PROBLEMS, INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS, FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER REASON. 

Cancellation Policy
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill your order at a future date, when all products on the order are available.
