HOW DOES THE FREE SHIPPING WORK?
Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. states only and excludes any life-size replicas, quarter-scale figures, and other select items at our discretion. We recommend placing separate orders for those products.
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.

DO I STILL GET FREE SHIPPING IF I INCLUDE OTHER KIDROBOT ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
Yes, you will get free shipping in the contiguous U.S. as long as you buy at least 5* items from the Build Your Own Stocking collection.
International shipping will be calculated at checkout.
DOES THE DISCOUNT APPLY TO ALL ITEMS IN ORDER?
No, the discount will only apply to your Build Your Own Stocking bundle. Kidrobot.com items outside of the collection will not be discounted.
WHAT IS THE HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINE?
You must place your order by December 17th, 2025 at 10am CT to get guaranteed arrival before Christmas. Shipping by Christmas only applies to in-stock orders going to the contiguous U.S. We recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY BUILD YOUR OWN STOCKING BUNDLES I CAN ORDER?
No.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?
No. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. All sales are final.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
No. Due to limited quantities, all sales are final, and we cannot offer replacements.
Note: If an exclusion is allowed and you return an item for which you received a discount, your return refund may be reduced by the amount of the promotional discount earned on the returned item. Exclusions apply. Subject to change.
DOES PLACING AN ITEM IN MY CART RESERVE IT FOR ME?
No. An item is not yours until your payment is processed. Warning: Stock can run out in the middle of your transaction.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?
We do not guarantee mint condition packaging. If the packaging has a slight ding or crease, it is not subject to a return or exchange.

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon placing your order. Shipping dates and delivery information is stated in the product's description.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
