Labbiter XK-5, originally named XK-5, a mechano-biological alien AI weapon from Nebula M78. While chasing the space monster Gemular, he suffered a navigation error and crashed into a small community of Labbits on Earth 7, wreaking havoc and killing a small farming Labbit. Feeling guilt for playing a part in his death, XK-5 merged their bodies and minds, restoring life to Labbit and creating a new being - Labbiter XK-5. Since that day, Labbiter XK-5 staunchly defends Earth 7 against aliens and monsters.

This Labbiter XK-5 (Wasp Edition) is one of two limited edition versions of this vinyl art figure available in the United States and is limited to 300 pieces, available at select designer art toy retailers and a small quantity on Kidrobot.com. ABOUT LABBIT

Labbit is a rabbit character created by famed pop artist and Kidrobot Chief Creative Officer, Frank Kozik. First featured in Kozik’s famous nineties rock poster art, the Labbit was brought to life by Kidrobot. As the story goes the character was originally supposed to be a Smoking Rabbit, but the Japanese manufacturer misprinted the packaging to say 'Smorkin Labbit. From then on it became known as a Labbit. Most famous in the original smorkin’ labbit variety, Labbit can also be found sporting a handsome ‘Stache and even the occasional beard. His shape and signature "butthole" remain the same, although his color, facial expression, existence of a mustache or items in his mouth vary.
