Can my order be delivered internationally?
Yes! Through our arrangement with Borderfree, we're pleased to provide an enhanced international shipping experience for customers. International shoppers will now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals provided by Borderfree, cost-effective international shipping and much more.
How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your bag and click on the checkout button. Borderfree will calculate and display an order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to the Borderfree warehouse and the cost from the Borderfree warehouse to your selected international destination, and any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
Nope! When you use the Borderfree global checkout, you'll be provided with an order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount you'll be billed by Borderfree. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges. Please note: Kidrobot.com reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
What are the international shipping rates?
International shipping rates are calculated based on a number of factors including desired service level (standard/express), the weight of the item, the cost of shipping, handling, and customs clearance from the US to the destination country/region. International shipping will be calculated during checkout by Borderfree. Kidrobot strives to offer competitive International Shipping rates and is currently offering a flat rate shipping program for orders over $99 USD - see below.
Can I change or cancel my international order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. All sales are final.
Can I place an international order to ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, no. International orders may not be split between multiple destinations.
Order Tracking top
Once your purchase is on its way, you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with your order number.
Please note that you will not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information until seven business days after your order is placed.
Once ordered, your package will leave our facility and get shipped to our international shipping hub in Lockbourne, Ohio (this takes approximately seven business days). Once the package leaves this facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a DHL tracking number. At any time after you place your order click here to review your Order Status info and track your order right up to your doorstep. If you have lost your order number please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide it to you along with update.

International Duties & Taxes
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the Borderfree global checkout.

International Return Policy
All sales are final. No international returns will be accepted. In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact email@example.com for instructions on receiving a replacement. Please note that all inquiries should be submitted and will be answered in English.
Defective Good Policy
Apparel: Any piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one (1) year of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Kidrobot will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not include items such as bags, shoes, watches, or jewelry.
Toy: Toy sales at kidrobot.com are final. Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value.
However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All other toy sales at kidrobot.com are final.
Please keep in mind that Kidrobot cannot replace specific blind box figures. If the defective figure you received from Kidrobot.com was blind boxed, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally.
Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

If a refund is required, amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
