FiftyOne is a groundbreaking global ecommerce solution that allows our international shoppers to purchase our products in the currency of your choice, with aggressive international shipping costs and at the lowest possible guaranteed order total. The FiftyOne solution allows us to serve the best possible shopping experience to our international customers, so you can always buy from us with certainty.

How will I know how much my order will cost?
Just add items to your cart and click on the "CHECKOUT" button. FiftyOne will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) in the U.S. to your selected international destination, as well as any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
No. When you use the FiftyOne global checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by FiftyOne. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

What currencies does FiftyOne support?
Currently, FiftyOne supports billing in over 40 global currencies, with more being added on an ongoing basis. The following currencies are supported:

I live in the U.S. Can I use FiftyOne to ship an order internationally but pay in U.S. Dollars (USD)?
Yes, FiftyOne supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.

Do you ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO)?
Orders shipping to U.S. military addresses should go through our domestic checkout, as they are not subject to the same costs and logistics flows as our other international orders. To do this, you should shop as if shipping to an address within the U.S.

Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?
If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. or imported into your destination country selection, FiftyOne will notify you during the checkout process.

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled at any time. All sales are final.

Order Trackingtop

Once your purchase is on its way, you'll receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email with your order number.

Please note that you will not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing your tracking information until five business days after your order is placed.

Once ordered, your package will leave our facility and get shipped to our international shipping hub in Lockbourne, Ohio (this takes approximately five business days). Once the package leaves this facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail containing a DHL tracking number. At any time after you place your order click here to review your Order Status info and track your order right up to your doorstep. If you have lost your order number please contact us at intlcs@kidrobot.com and we will be happy to provide it to you along with update.

International Shipping Cost
International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the FiftyOne global checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination. Your credit card will be billed by FiftyOne at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S.


International Duties & Taxes
Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that FiftyOne supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the FiftyOne global checkout.


International Returns & Exchangestop

International Return Policy
All sales are final. No international returns will be accepted. In the event that you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact intlcs@kidrobot.com for instructions on receiving a replacement. Please note that all inquiries should be submitted and will be answered in English.


Defective Good Policy
Apparel: Any piece of apparel suffering from a manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged within one (1) year of the date of purchase. "Defects" are mistakes in the manufacturing process and do not include damage from normal wear and tear or negligent usage. Kidrobot will determine the validity of manufacturing defect returns on a case-by-case basis. This policy does not include items such as bags, shoes, watches, or jewelry.

Toy: Toy sales at kidrobot.com are final. Most figures we sell are collectible, made in limited runs and are often hand-painted or assembled. Slight imperfections are typical with this kind of product and, in fact, often enhance the value.

However, if your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.), please contact us at intlcs@kidrobot.com. All other toy sales at kidrobot.com are final.

Please keep in mind that Kidrobot cannot replace specific blind box figures. If the defective figure you received from Kidrobot.com was blind boxed, we cannot guarantee that you will be given the same figure you received originally.

Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

Defective Good Policy
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at intlcs@kidrobot.com and we will provide you with further instructions on processing your request. If a refund is required, amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner FiftyOne in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
